About the BuyRIGHT Prepaid Credit Card

1. Who can apply for a BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
In compliance with the U.S. Patriot Act and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident over 18 with a valid social security number or Government Issued ID and a verifiable address to open an account and order a card. Currently we do not issue cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories.
2. How long will it take to get my BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
You can expect to receive your card 3-5 business days following application approval. Please note that activation fee payments made by e-check, cashier’s check or non-U.S. Postal Service money order will take longer, as funds are held 5-10 business days before being credited to your card. All other payment methods (direct deposit, credit card, debit card or U.S. Postal Service money order) are credited to your card as soon as we receive them.
3. Which bank issues the BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
MetaBank, headquartered in Sioux Falls South Dakota, issues the BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard and BuyRIGHT Maestro Card. However, cardholder accounts are managed by One Global Finance and individual cardholders do not have a personal bank account with First MetaBank.
4. Where can I use my BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
You can use your BuyRIGHT prepaid card wherever Debit MasterCard is accepted, at millions of merchant locations and over 900,000 ATM’s worldwide.
5. How do I make a purchase with my BuyRIGHT prepaid card?
When making a purchase, select "credit" and sign the receipt provided by the merchant. If you make a purchase online or over the phone, just enter your card number and expiration date.

6. What are BuyRIGHT Points?
BuyRIGHT Points are your reward for using your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard for everyday spending. You can use your BuyRIGHT Points towards the purchase of wireless airtime, internet, long distance, ring tones and music downloads.
7. How do I earn BuyRIGHT Points?
Every time you use your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard to make a purchase, you earn 1 BuyRIGHT Point for every $1 spent. You can check your BuyRIGHT Points total by going to www.MyBuyRIGHT.com and logging in to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card.
8. What do I get for my BuyRIGHT Points?
You can use your BuyRIGHT Points towards the purchase of prepaid wireless airtime with Verizon, TracFone, Cingular and AT&T. We are currently working out agreements for the purchase of prepaid internet, long distance calling cards, ring tones and music downloads and will be adding these to the BuyRIGHT Points program soon.
9. Is there a limit to the number of BuyRIGHT Points I can earn?
No. The number of BuyRIGHT Points you can earn is entirely up to you.
10. Will my BuyRIGHT Points expire?
No. The BuyRIGHT Points you earn by using your BuyRIGHT card will stay in your account until you redeem them.
11. How do I redeem my BuyRIGHT Points?
Using your BuyRIGHT Points is simple. Log in to your account and choose the product you want to use your BuyRIGHT Points towards under the "Redeem BuyRIGHT Points" bar. If you don’t have enough BuyRIGHT Points in your account to cover your purchase, the remainder can be paid for using your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard.

12. What is Click-n-Pay?
Click-n-Pay, BuyRIGHT’s automated bill payment service, saves you time and money when paying your bills. With Click-n-Pay, you can send a one-time or recurring electronic payment to over 4,000 billers listed in our database or a paper check to any biller not listed in our database. Since the bill amount is immediately deducted from your available balance, you will never incur a bounced check fee.
13. How do I use Click-n-Pay?
You can access Click-n-Pay to set up billers, send payments and view your transaction history via your account online or over the phone using our toll-free information line.
14. Which bills can I pay using Click-n-Pay?
Unlike most electronic bill pay programs, you can pay any and every bill using Click-n-Pay. If your biller is not listed in our biller database, we will send them a paper check on your behalf.
15. How do I add cash to my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard?
Adding cash is quick and convenient. You can add cash through:
Payroll Direct: Have pay, dividends, disability and government checks (i.e. Social Security, Medicare, Welfare, etc.) added directly to your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard, FREE. Your payment is credited to your card the same business day.
Western Union SwiftPay : You can add cash to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card at one of over 50,000 Western Union agent locations.
MoneyGram ExperssPayment : You can add cash to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card at one of over 20,000 MoneyGram agent locations including Wal-Mart. Plus, save an additional $0.45 over regular ExpressPayment fees when you make your payment at Wal-Mart.
In-Person Payments: Add cash to your BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard at over 3,000 IPP retail locations for a fee of $4.95. Your payment is credited to your card within 30 minutes.
Bank wire transfer: Send a Federal Reserve Wire Transfer from any bank or financial institution for a $9.95 fee. Your payment is credited to your card the same business day it is received.
16. Can I transfer funds from my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard to a bank account?
Yes. You can transfer funds from your BuyRIGHT prepaid card to any authorized U.S. bank account for a $1.50 fee by logging in to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card account online and selecting "Money Transfer".

17. How do I view my card activity?
You can view all card transactions by logging in to your BuyRIGHT prepaid card account at www.myBuyRIGHT.com and selecting "Account Details". The Account Details screen shows transaction history, spending summary and available balance.
18. What happens if I return something I purchased with my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard® Card?
When you return something purchased with your BuyRIGHT prepaid card, the merchant will credit the amount of the return to your card. Because returns are handled via the merchant’s bank, credits may take 2-3 business days to appear on your BuyRIGHT prepaid card.
19. What happens if my BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard is lost or stolen?
Immediately call the BuyRIGHT prepaid card toll-free information line at 1-800-851-7990 if your BuyRIGHT prepaid card has been lost or stolen. By entering your card information, selecting, "Card Status and Security" and then selecting either "Lost" or "Stolen", you can deactivate your card to prevent unauthorized use.
20. When are your customer service representatives available?
BuyRIGHT Prepaid MasterCard customer service representatives are available by calling 1-801-383-1018 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. You can also access your card balance or transaction history, report your card lost or stolen, pay bills with Click-n-Pay and charge long distance calls to your card 24 hours a day by calling the BuyRIGHT toll-free information line at 1-800-851-7990.
21. How secure is my card information?
The BuyRIGHT prepaid card website uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology to secure your account and personal information online. BuyRIGHT follows strict procedures to ensure that your account and personal information is never shared or misused in any way.
